Fremd has big 1st half as Sophomores Roll Beating Prospect 29-0

Fremd's sophomore team had 4 first half touchdowns and went on to beat the Prospect Knights 29-0.  Nick Storm had a 36-yard touchdown run and freshman QB Riley Glassmann rushed for 1 touchdown and had 2 passing TDs to Tom Glassgow and Emmanuel Russell.

The Fremd players participated in the 2010 All-American 7on7 Passing League high school division.

Fremd's Konopka commits to Northwestern

The Northwestern football program had the perfect Fitz for Fremd senior tight end Jack Konopka.

And that was a big reason behind the 6-foot-5, 265-pound Konopka making a verbal commitment in late July to the Wildcats and head coach Pat Fitzgerald. Purdue was also in the running among the 11 scholarship offers Konopka had received. (read more)

Congratulations to the Palatine IRON WILL 14U team (8th Grade) for winning the 2010 7on7 Super Bowl.  IRON WILL defeated the Schaumburg Saxons to win the Championship!

2009 7on7 Super Bowl Champions

Congratulations to the Arlington Cowboys 7th/8th grade team (14U) for winning the 2009 7on7 Super Bowl.  The Cowboys defeated the Palatine IRON WILL team to win the Championship!  In the 6th/7th grade division (13U), Lake Zurich defeated Arlington Heights to win that division.
